Welcome to my homepage! I am a Senior Economist at the IMF. My research focuses on Financial Economics, Housing Economics, Monetary Policy, and Applied Econometrics (including Interpretable Machine Learning). My work has been published in peer-reviewed journals, such as Journal of Financial Stability, and Real Estate Economics (the flagship journal of the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association).

1. Jun 2025 - Present: IMF, Institute for Capacity Development, Macro-Modelling and Monetary Division, Senior Economist.
Leading the technical assistance project to one country, the delivery of the Managing Capital Flows course, and some projects on machine learning and artificial intelligence.
2. Aug 2024 - May 2025: IMF, Institute for Capacity Development, Macro-Modelling and Monetary Division, Economist. Participated in the technical assistance project to one country; delivered two training courses to government officials (Macroeconometric Forecasting and Analysis; Managing Capital Flows, including policy mix for monetary, fiscal, exchange rate, and foreign exchange intervention policies); and led an inter-departmental project on artificial intelligence.
3. Jul 2021 - Aug 2024: IMF, Strategy, Policy, and Review Department (SPR), Macro Policy Division, Economist. Beyond core SPR work, engaged in program negotiations/reviews and Article IV consultations for two countries. 
4. Sep 2019 - Jul 2021: IMF, SPR, Macro Risk Unit, Economist. Beyond core SPR work, engaged in program negotiations/reviews and Article IV consultations for one country.
5. Mar 2018 - Sep 2019: IMF, African Department, Economist Program. Engaged in program negotiations/reviews and Article IV consultations for one country and jointly coordinated a Regional Economic Outlook chapter.
6. Sep 2016 - Mar 2018: IMF, Monetary and Capital Markets Department, Economist Program. Engaged in Financial Sector Assessment Programs (FSAPs) for three countries and conducted analytical work on financial stability, financial regulation, and cyber risk.
